Central HVAC

Elite Air · NYC system guide

Comfort throughout your space.

Central HVAC distributes conditioned air through ducts to multiple rooms. A system may combine an air conditioner with separate heating equipment, or use a ducted heat pump for heating and cooling.

Is it right for your space?

Central equipment can suit properties with usable ductwork, but duct condition, airflow and available space need to be assessed. Replacing the outdoor unit alone is not always the right solution for an older system.

Planning a new installation

Share the equipment type, approximate age and any plans to renovate or change the layout. A project review can address equipment sizing, compatible components, ductwork and controls.

Repair and maintenance

Weak airflow, uneven room temperatures or frequent cycling can have several causes. Tell us which rooms are affected and when the problem began. Ask about inspection and maintenance for your particular equipment.

Your next step

Send your borough, property type, equipment details and a short description of your project or concern. Elite Air serves homes and commercial properties across all five NYC boroughs.

We will review the request and discuss the next step. A submitted request is not a confirmed appointment.
