Heat Pumps

Elite Air · NYC system guide

Heating and cooling. One system.

A heat pump transfers heat rather than producing all of its heat directly. In cooling mode it moves heat out of your space; in heating mode it brings heat in. Air-source systems are available in ducted and ductless configurations.

Is it right for your space?

Equipment selection should account for the building’s heating and cooling loads and local winter conditions. The right capacity, controls and distribution system matter as much as the equipment itself.

Planning a new installation

Tell us about your current heating system, rooms with comfort problems and existing ductwork. We can review the project requirements, including electrical needs and whether supplemental heating should be considered.

Repair and maintenance

Tell us whether the issue occurs in heating, cooling or both, and share the model and any displayed error. Arrange service for persistent comfort problems or unusual operation. Follow the manufacturer’s maintenance guidance.

Your next step

Send your borough, property type, equipment details and a short description of your project or concern. Elite Air serves homes and commercial properties across all five NYC boroughs.

We will review the request and discuss the next step. A submitted request is not a confirmed appointment.
