Elite Air · NYC system guide
Multiple zones. Coordinated comfort.
Variable refrigerant flow, or VRF, systems connect multiple indoor units to outdoor equipment and vary refrigerant flow to match demand. They can serve spaces with different comfort needs. Capabilities depend on the equipment and system design.
Is it right for your space?
VRF can be considered for multi-zone residential and commercial projects. Indoor unit selection, piping routes, controls and building requirements all influence the design. Some heat-recovery configurations support simultaneous heating and cooling; this is not a feature of every VRF system.
Planning a new installation
Share the building use, number of zones and available plans. We can discuss installation requirements and final startup. Our work gallery includes a new LG VRF system during final startup after installation.
Repair and maintenance
For an existing system, provide the manufacturer, model, affected zones and controller error codes. These details help plan the visit. VRF diagnostics and refrigerant work require qualified service and manufacturer-specific procedures.
Your next step
Send your borough, property type, equipment details and a short description of your project or concern. Elite Air serves homes and commercial properties across all five NYC boroughs.
We will review the request and discuss the next step. A submitted request is not a confirmed appointment.
