Rooftop Units

Elite Air · NYC system guide

Built around your building.

A packaged rooftop unit combines major HVAC components in one outdoor cabinet and typically distributes air through ducts. Heating, cooling and ventilation features vary by model. Equipment simply located on a roof is not necessarily a packaged rooftop unit.

Is it right for your space?

Rooftop units are commonly used for commercial spaces. Building loads, duct connections, controls, outdoor air requirements and roof access all need consideration when planning replacement or installation.

Planning a new installation

Share the existing unit’s model, building location and access arrangements. Replacement planning may include roof curb compatibility, electrical or fuel connections and lifting logistics. The scope should be confirmed before scheduling the work.

Repair and maintenance

Tell us which areas are affected and whether the issue involves heating, cooling or airflow. Provide any building access requirements. A service assessment can help distinguish a repair need from a replacement project.

Your next step

Send your borough, property type, equipment details and a short description of your project or concern. Elite Air serves homes and commercial properties across all five NYC boroughs.

We will review the request and discuss the next step. A submitted request is not a confirmed appointment.
